    Default Pinning Video

I was a little hesitant to make a pinning video. There are already some well made informative videos out there. Here is my pinning video, hopefully there will be a little something different from the others so I can add some know how to the collective knowledge base.

Charlie, do you anneal your NiAg before peening? The rod I got from Texas Knife Supply doesn't seem to peen quite that easily.

No I do not anneal, I just use it as I cut it.

Nice vid Charlie. I like the whole series. It's crazy how misleading the audio can be....it sounds like you're really give'en'er when peening, even though it's just light taps.

Thanks for sharing that video, Charlie. I've had some brass rod sitting around and have read a bunch about peening/pinning but haven't yet worked up the courage to try it. It's nice having a clear video that is easy to understand and shows the process from start to finish. I'm feeling a lot better about my adventures in re-scaling.

    Thanks Charlie, very nice.
I also use an emery board, I get the two sided ones from the bodyshop, they have a very fine padded white side, that buffs intricate parts like no ones business..
