Thread: Today's acquisitions - opinions?

Hey guys,

I got home from work to discover three old razors have rocked up from a mate. Apparently they were in a relatives house they were cleaning up and they thought I might like them.

I always liked the idea of restoring a razor, so can you guts give me an opinion on which one to try first. Easiest or least valuable?

Candidate 1: Angus & Cootes "the legion razor" (Sheffield). A bit of rust, looks like a bit of a wave in the edge?

Candidate 2: EM Dickinson Invicta. Less rust, but one end worn in.

Candidate 3: Crown Imperial. Cleanest looking?

All the scales seem pretty good, just need cleaning.

Advice? Or just put them in the top draw and forget them?

If anyone has any info on these razors I'd be interested to hear it!
