Default Source for pins and washers

Hi all - I just got an old WHMorley off ebay - prtty good shape, but there is some rust on the tail, in the jimps and in the pivot.

I was thinking maybe take it apart for polishing / cleaning....

Where do I find pins and washers to re-assemble it after???

    thanks

    Barry

Of all the places, I found pin stock at Hobby Lobby - if you happen to have one in your home town.

Some hardware stores carry 1/16 brass rod. Inexpensive, and no postage and waiting for delivery. Try any Ace Hardware. Nickle Silver rod will probably have to come from a knifemakers supply house. I use Janz.

Janz prices are ok until you go to checkout and fint that its going to cost you $10 in shipping for $6 in pins! are they NUTS! I don't care where you live in the U.S., for two packages of pins, it shouldn't cost more than $2 - $3 at best! They are smoken' something over there. Looking for a better source.
