Well right now i'm drinking some 1792 bourbon. This has been my go to bourbon for a couple of years, meaning something I don't need to take out a second mortgage to afford as well as predictable quality of experience. I must say though lateley like with all bourbons I start off liking them a lot then after a while they dissapoint from time to time. All bottles are not equal is what i'm saying sometimes heaven sometimes garbage. I think once popularity ticks up, quality on the producers side starts to fade, at least that's what I believe. Had the same experience with Elijah Craig which I used to think was the best bang for the buck and lately feel its cheap hooch. I may just go back to Wild Turkey lol.
