picked this up "in the wild" for less than 3 bucks. since these pics I have removed the scales and am cleaning blade then thinking of using the red material for making a set of scales.. It will be my first "real" restore....any thoughts?

I think red would look great, especially with s mirror polished finish. And a white or navy blue wedge.

A fun weekend project! I am going to watch Pitt best Penn State!
