Today's scent is Alt-Innsbruck. This is a new one to me and I like it. Being mostly tobacco flower I can now can see where the tobacco scent is in some other aftershaves and colognes I own.
I tried out a sample of D. R. Harris Marlborough aftershave this morning. I didn't shave I just wanted to test it out. I'd say this is a very subtle scent. Woody with a buttery quality. I know it's supposed to be sandalwood and cedar. I've always questioned if the cedar scents in grooming products is supposed to Old World cedar and not North American cedar, which is really a juniper. Anyone know which cedar is being represented?
I applied D. R. Harris Arlington aftershave balm and cologne after this morning's shave. It pairs well with Martin de Candre Fougere shaving soap. SOTD pic to be uploaded this evening.
I'm wearing Stirling's Shap Dressed Man which I beleive is based on Green Irish Tweed by Creed. I just dig this scent. I wish I could try the Creed orgininal.
Blenhime Bouquet by Penhaligon's is today's scent (and yesterday's). This is my go to scent. I'm starting a hash tag campaign to get Penhaligon's to bring back their shaving products.
